This page is for the tough days, the wobbly days, the “I’m fine” while very much not being fine days.

You’ll find a collection of helplines, crisis numbers and support services here because sometimes you need more than a cup of tea, a scroll and a pep talk. Asking for help can feel awkward, scary and weirdly embarrassing, but honestly, struggling in silence is far more exhausting.

I’ve been there myself, and now through my work in safeguarding and wellbeing, I know just how vital it is to reach out when things start to feel too heavy. You do not need to earn support. You do not need to wait until things get worse. You are allowed to ask for help, exactly as you are.
